Nepal’s Most Expensive IPO at 820.80

After a six-month hold, the IPO approval process has resumed under SEBON. Recently, the IPO of Reliance Spinning Mills was approved at a price of NRS 820.80 per unit for the general public.
Reliance Spinning Mills is using the Book Building method for its IPO, resulting in a total cost of NRS 41,040 if the price of NRS 820.80 per unit is made official. This would make it the most expensive IPO in Nepal to date.
The company has already sold shares to institutional investors at NRS 912 per unit, while the public investors will be able to purchase them at NRS 820.80 per unit.
A total of 1,155,960 units are being issued to the general public.
