IPO By Egg Selling Company in Nepal

Egg product company Daunne Agro Farm has started the process of issuing IPO. On Tuesday, an agreement was signed between the company and Citizens Capital Limited regarding the issuance of ordinary shares.

The agreement was signed by Executive Director Binod Pokharel on behalf of Daunne Agro Farm and Chief Executive Officer Sabir Bade Shrestha on behalf of Citizens Capital. According to the agreement, Citizens Capital will act as sales associates for the issuance of ordinary shares of Daunne Agro Farm.

Daunne Agro Farm was established in 2074 and it is the largest egg production company in Nepal. It is producing 1700 cartons of “antibiotic free” and good quality eggs per day from a total of 400,000 layers of chicken using fully automatic air-conditioned technology imported from Germany and Malaysia.

The farm also aims to produce 2,600 cartons of eggs per day from a total of 600,000 chickens in the future. Daunne Agro Farm is in Vinayi Triveni Village Ward No. 3, Sardi, situated in Nawalpur District, Gandaki Province.
